Rustic charm with an open kitchen, Chalkboard sits in Hotel Le Mars right in Healdsburg Plaza. This restaurant is truly a hidden gem! Warm focaccia starts the meal off right followed by a crudo of the day which was a delicious trout with avocado, puffed rice in a citrus vinaigrette. Wow! The bartenders also make an amazing Negroni!
